Stuck in a Loop

Same thoughts at 2am. Same argument, different week. Same routine, no sense of moving forward. Loops like these aren't a sign you're failing — they're a sign something hasn't been worked through yet, and your mind keeps circling back hoping this time it'll land differently.

Loops can show up as overthinking, as patterns we keep repeating with people we love, or as a life that feels paused on autopilot. Counselling doesn't promise to erase the loop overnight, but it gives you a way to actually look at it, instead of just living inside it.

If that sounds familiar, it might be time to talk.
