We offer online/video call appointments using Telehealth Plus a trusted video service as our referred platform, Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams Video & Messenger applications, as well as an online text message service. Counselling Support is a client centred counselling service, that ensures the client is listened to and supported. Guidance is provided, and it allows the client find alternative pathways.

Psychiatrists are medical practitioners who often specialise in the treatment of psychosis and mental illness. As doctors they are able to prescribe medications to their patients. Generally, clients who are on a mental health plan and require medication would visit a Psychiatrist. Alternatively, Counsellors provide an array of evidenced based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic Client Centred Counselling, Mindfulness Based Counselling, Addiction Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Couple Therapy and Family Guidance. These therapies are client centred, meaning the client is put first at all times.
